Long Island Speakers Bureau is an online hub for Long Island speakers and meeting and event planners at civic and worship organizations, event venues, libraries and corporations. Typically, business leaders and individuals with a story to share spend hours sending out letters to local meeting and event planners requesting an opportunity to speak. These same meeting and event planners are then forced to spend hours reviewing differently formatted speaker material or searching online for speakers to serve their needs.
To help connect these two groups, Communication Strategy Group, an award-winning brand storytelling agency run by Arthur Germain and Michael Simbrom, and Strategies of Success, a Long Island small business success podcast run by Brian A. Cohen, have partnered to introduce Long Island Speakers Bureau as a central forum for becoming or locating a speaker.
The site is free of charge to use for meeting and event planners who are looking to book their next speaker. Local professionals and individuals who would like to be listed on the site and promoted by the bureau will pay a small fee.
