For years the idea of a speakers bureau has been on my mind. Many questions about structure, promotion and pricing were discussed at length. There has been a few items that I knew from the start that had to be accomplished with no considerations for compromise.
All members had understand that each presentation they deliver was to include actionable ideas that their audience can implement immediately. What goes through the speakers mind at this point is the value that I provide for my audience. To be a good speaker you must always think audience first (your value) then all else will fall into place.
Christina just smiled when we brought this up. She smiled because she as thinking about what she has already made part of her bio, “Sharing what I’ve learned throughout my journey and being able to help others make positive change in their lives, both professionally and personally, gives me great joy.”
It is a great feeling when you can fully connect with your audience and the only way to do that is to see your presentation value from their point of view, Christina does.
Christina’s presentations are perfect for Real Estate Agents as residential solar has become much more the norm, but what are the pros and cons. She also welcomes the opportunity to speak to Moms and share her issues with “Working Mom Guilt”
We are all selling something, but that something should be who we are, not what product you can buy. When our members take the stage, they are their to present their message in a manner that you can implement. We want you to walk away with knowledge that will help you achieve your goals.
Join Christina Mathieson and many other members of the Long Island Speakers Bureau on May 25th at the Hauppauge Industrial Association Trade Show.
