Kenneth Mollins has been practicing law for the last thirty three years. For the past fourteen years his firm has practiced in the areas of personal injury, real estate and criminal law. He is the sole representative of the 1 800 Lawyers phone number in Nassau County for over thirty years. He has participated in over 200 real estate deals, both residential and commercial, during his tenure as an attorney. He also spends a significant amount of time in the pro bono support of the disabled and mentally challenged children’s community testifying before the New York City Council, The New York State Legislature, the Massachusetts State Legislature and the Nassau County Legislature on issues supporting the special Education community. He has also appeared on numerous television shows as an advocate and expert on issues ranging from discrimination of the handicapped to corruption and fraud.
Prior to establishing his own firm he served as the General Counsel to the Snapple Beverage Corporation which he helped start and continued to represent them until they were sold to Quaker Oats.
