Lee Noriega is a founding member of Oxford Solutions, a global Managed Security Services Provider that monitors and manages customers’ security operations 24 x 7. Their mission is to deliver the right mix of people, processes and technologies to educate, inform and protect businesses from cyber threats.
Lee has spent more than 30 years as a cyber security professional for the government and in commercial organizations. After retiring from the U.S. Navy as a Network Security Officer in the mid-90s, Lee spent time as a contractor for the FBI, identifying and tracking cyber attackers around the world. In 1997, Lee was recruited by Nortel Networks to help develop and deliver their emerging cyber product portfolios. Prior to launching Oxford Solutions, Lee developed cyber intelligence software for an Israeli based technology company.
As an acclaimed technologist and regular speaker, Lee is dedicated to raising public awareness of today’s cyber threat landscape and education on how organizations can defend themselves against these threats. His expertise in penetration and social engineering provides new insights to today’s cyber threats for organizations of all sizes.
