What was your biggest goal for 2016? For you it may have been employee engagement an increase in customer satisfaction or a multitude of other ideas to help your business grow. Regardless of the exact goal the basic desire is to improve. What is interesting is how different that can be depending on your business structure. What is common to all to goals is that they are clear, concise and can be communicated to those that have a vested interest in the outcome
We have asked a variety of our team members that coach on goal setting to share some of their thoughts. What you will find interesting is that they work with different age groups on both personal and business goals.
Personally I am asking myself these same questions. Were our 2016 goals met? Are we are on a path that is effective for our team members and that also fits into a our business plan? What is the most important goal for us to meet in 2017? I am sure we will get feedback. , knowing that virtually every member of the Bureau is coaching either one on one or from the stage. Perhaps that is best. I know why we are doing this and gaining ideas from those that have a vested interest in the outcome may be our best goal to achieve.
